Enrolment Terms & Conditions

For Parents

• The invoice for the term will be sent out at the beginning of each term.
• The payment will be received prior to class commencement in order for your child to be included in the class
• The invoice will include the whole term i.e 10 weeks @ $17.50 a class = $175 per term
• Class enrolment received mid-term will be invoiced pro-rata for the term joined, normal policies will take effect from the following term
• To un-enroll your child please send written communication
• If your child is absent from class the class is still paid for
• If the teacher is absent a make up class will be split into the following fortnight or over the school holiday program.

For Centre Staff & Directors

• The class is run for 30 minutes once a week for the duration of the term (school term dates are observed)
• The centre to be invoiced at first class and to be as soon as invoice is received
• Centre ratios are observed and must be adhered to during the duration of the class.
• Please use your centre name for payment

Photo Permission

From time to time I will take photos during our activities to send home as a keep sake or for use in your child’s centre or school. I would like your permission to use pictures taken in our classes for promotional materials. This may include on my Facebook page, in our Newsletters or simply just sent to you directly to let you know how things are going. I will never reference your child by full name (first name only) or provide any specific information regarding your child. These will never be sold and will only be used exclusively for Marnie’s Music purposes only.
